• Weekly Turf/Bed Services: Includes mowing, edging, weedeating, blowing, hand-weeding beds to keep them clean. Clippings from high profile turf areas will be bagged. Curblines, bed lines and tree rings will be edged each service.
• Dormant Services: Include removing trash and weeds from beds and lawns, removing dead branches, mowing if needed.
• Irrigation Services: Include start-up and adjustment in Spring, monthly inspection and adjustment during season, and shut down in the fall. Damage repairs or component replacement billed at additional cost of materials and labor.
• Turf and Shrub Spray Applications: Individually formulated for the season of year and your type of grass or plant material. All applications done by state-licenses applicators. Shrubs and trees up to 12 feet tall treated in Tree/Shrub Applications. Larger, established trees rarely need attention, but can be treated by injection as needed at additional cost.
• Flower Installation: 6 inch potted plants to fill areas designated for flowers. Includes initial fertilization.
• Mulch Installation: Includes trenching of beds and tree rings with automatic trencher and applying stained wood chips which hold their color and texture 2-3 times longer than normal hardwood mulches.

2. Parking Lot Sweeping: includes blowing off sidewalks and curblines, emptying trash cans, vacuum sweep all asphalt areas.

3. Pressure Washing: sidewalks cleaned with 3,500 PSI, hot water, truck-mounted unit to remove dirt, gum, stains.
