This checklist helps assure that we systematically look at your facilities the same way you do. When we see things that we know you’d want to know about, we will FAX or e-mail our Watchdog Report to you—along with recommendations for solutions—for your approval and action as appropriate.

If you want us to we will also install small outdoor stake-mounted signs that simply say ‘Property Maintenance by Hearthstone 890-4651.’ When any of your tenants, owners or other interested parties notice anything amiss and call us, we will check it out

within 24 hours for routine items, and
within 4 hours for emergency items.

Following our investigation we will notify you by FAX, e-mail or telephone (if appropriate) recommending a solution to the maintenance challenge we’ve identified. You don’t have to hear the griping if you don’t want to. We’ll be glad to just report the facts to you.
